Relax and Stay Calm

Time goes by. People are too busy with life that they don’t think about relaxing. They are occupied by their works, studies, dramas, and even worries that staying calm is not an option anymore.

I am not a fan of over working. It is not part of my dictionary to make things done in one sitting. Intervals are my best friends. It has a good side and a bad side.

The good side would be relaxing the mind and training it to be free. I think, the worst enemy of everyone is fatigue for overworking and overloading your head with a single activity for a long amount of time. The first thing I do is to play a game that could trigger my creative side for as long as I can. I will do the writing last minute at night because that’s when all the ideas come at once.

Unfortunately, the bad side is that the work done will be briefer and sometimes feels unfinished. This is my problem from when I can remember. It is a result of being lazy enough to start early. The other effect of it is I have to delay my sleep and I will wake up later in the morning. It is not productive especially for someone like me who needs to look for a decent job.

On the bright side, I can still manage to do what I want and how I want it to be. There is one thing I want to improve of myself: TIME MANAGEMENT.

Before everything else, we should also learn how to relax ourselves because positive outlooks come from a peaceful mind. Have a nice day!
